How to manage my shop
The following describes the handling and functions of the dashboard.
If you have logged in (via LogIn) you will be taken directly to the dashboard. From here you can view and control all your products, sales and statistics. You can also view and edit your seller profile in the Dashboard.
A. Seller profile
1.1) Edit user profile
With the button "Edit profile" you can edit your general profile information.
Shop Name: In this field you can change the name of your shop. However, you should not change the name of the shop so often because otherwise you might not be found by your regular customers.
Change currency: Change the currency you will accept to pay for your products. Please note that you only select the currency that is available in your country.
E-Mail: Here you enter your e-mail address that you use for general communication, ie information regarding the purchase of a product or the transmission of general information from Jaleema.
E-mail for payment: Please enter here only your e-mail address, on which you want to make your payment arrangements. For example via Stripe, Instant (Klarna) etc.
Image: Upload your logo or photo.
Description: Put your shop in a good light. Here, you have the opportunity to present it in detail. Be as precise as possible so that customers get an accurate picture of your shop. The more accurate your description is, the more customer-friendly you will look to others. This increases the likelihood of customer return.
Shipping address: Here you enter your delivery address where you would like to receive your purchase.
Be prepared for the onslaught on your shop optimally. Buyers from all over the world are buying their products. In order to be able to offer your products wherever you want, you need a Stripe account. This account is free for all use of Jaleema. There are no extra charges for you. Simple payment allows you to receive the revenue of your sales quickly and safely. The transaction of the amount will be transferred to your account within a few seconds. Sign up for Stripe now.
With the extra settings you will be redirected to 'Stripe' under the indicated button. Use this setting to associate your user account with the payment methods offered by Jaleema. Via Stripe you have the possibility to pay by credit card such as VISA and Master, Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), bank transfer etc. or the other way to receive payments.

1.2) seller profile
Here you can see your shop as customers can see it when you click on their seller profile. You see your description to the shop. Underneath, you can see all items that you put on sale. If there are too many articles, you can use the search function to find the specific article.
On the right side you will find the button "edit profile". Click Edit Profile to edit all the parameters that you set and wrote during registration. Here you can also upload a new profile photo.
1.3) User profile
For a detailed description of the user profile, please see point 4.0.
In this view you will see your e-mail messages. Buyers or potential buyers have the opportunity to contact you via internal e-mail traffic. For example, you may be contacted by a customer due to open questions. To reply to e-mails, you have the general options.
1.5) Edit view
Here you can edit the preferred design view of your account. You can customize the general design and the individual catalog presentation according to your wishes.
With the button "Catalog" -> "New" you can create a new product. For each new product, you must specify a product name and a selling price. Next, you have the opportunity to write a small introduction text (claimer), so that buyers are curious about the product. However, the claimer can also be used to identify a more specific product type. In the mandatory field "Description" you can enter the details of the product. The product description should be as detailed as possible. The execution is important in that the buyer is sufficiently informed about the product to be sold. Furthermore, you must assign your product to one of the existing categories. Depending on the category to which the product has been assigned, buyers can accordingly find them under the same heading.
You can see all your discontinued articles via the "View products" section. The articles are shown with their prices and their calls in the form of a table. Depending on your needs, the products can be sorted by alphabet, height of the price or calls. Here you can also edit, duplicate, delete or create the individual articles.
Here you have the opportunity to view your product inventories. This is especially important if you have a specific edition of the same product. Thus, you can always check the current "inventory" and respond to foreseeable bottlenecks and correct the inventory.
2.3) Directives (Right of Withdrawal)
Each user can set their own cancellation policies for their products. However, these should be written clearly and clearly. If you do not wish to register a right of revocation, the general revocation instructions of Jaleema shall apply.
3.1) Sales report
Here you can see your sales statistics. The data can optionally be limited in time. The statistics report can be exported and saved. With this tool, the sale can be optimally designed. Achieve more sales and more sales for yourself!
3.2) Product report
Under this point you can see the revenue generated by the sales. The data can be limited in time. Again, statistics can be exported and saved again.
The returns will give you an overview of your returns. If a return has been scheduled, you can accept or reject it. However, you must give a reason for a decision. This reason will be reviewed accordingly. Here, too, the returns can be sorted as an option.
Here you will see the Jaleema commission.
With the button "Logout" you can log out of your account. To log in again, click LogIn at the top of the header and enter your username and password.
B. User profile
1.1) Edit profile
In this menu item you can edit your user profile. You have the possibility to change the essential parameters. So you can change your first and last name, your user name, as well as the account password. As a tip, we recommend that you write down your username and correct first and last name and do not constantly change it, so that both sides, the seller and the buyer are not constantly in front of an anonymous - this can be strange. You can also change the email that the user uses to receive information about Jaleema's purchases and messages. The language can also be adapted to your own preferences. In another option, the preferred currency can be changed. Depending on which currency you change, the offers will be displayed in the preferred currency.
1.2) User profile
This menu item is available to you as a button so that you can change back to the user profile when you are on the seller profile. The user profile and the seller profile can be selected at any time in both dashboards.

This button can be used to call the seller profile dashboard
If you click directly on orders, you will get an overview of your orders. Here you can see all your orders with order numbers. If an article is not perfect - which is an absolute exception, because Jaleema sets to a very high quality - you can complain about the menu item Order and the return of an article.
Here you can see your coupons. Vouchers can be issued directly by sellers. Please understand if some sellers or dealers do not issue coupons.
